BEST WASH FOR YOUR WHIP IN TOWN

Giving Back

WhipWash.co wants to make sure our water use and wash runoff is of no concern to our clients and our community. We spoke to environmental advocates to evaluate our business and suggest simple solutions to make our service more environmentally friendly.  One group, in particular, was already making an impact for good. "Save the Bay", a non-profit that leads initiatives to protect and restore the San Francisco Bay for people and wildlife, caught our attention. We decided to make it a partnership from the start; WhipWash.co committed to donating 10% of profits to "Save the Bay" as well as making it a regular habit to volunteer.

Learn more about "Save The Bay" and join us when we volunteer to do our part.

Meet the Owners

WhipWash.co was established by Burlingame High School juniors, Liam Ryan and Cole Jones, in 2020. Thanks to the mighty internet and countless hours of practice with friends and family, they have ventured into our community to wash your whip. In 2023, Owen Ryan, Liam's younger brother joined the partnership to continue to service clients needs and continue the car washing tradition.

What is a Whip Anyways?

"When the steering wheel was first put into use in automobiles, it was called the "whip". The whip is what you used to control the horses on a stagecoach, hence the analogy. Many years later, various hip hop artists noticed that the Mercedes-Benz logo resembled a steering wheel. They then proceeded to use the old term "whip" to describe any Mercedes-Benz vehicle. The term "whip" has now been generalized to classify any prestigious automobile." Urban Dictionary 2020
